I started with a ruger for fun, but after shooting a few matches I got an xd .45. I was always a .45 guy, I used it in lim-10 and it held 10 plus. Last year I got a para that holds 18-1 man what difference! I got c class over night. It had those aradondo basepads, I shot an indoor match did a mag change . It hit the concrete floor and splash, bullets everywhere. I bought Dawson basepads (metal ones) and man what a great gun. This game is all about trial and error. Use what you have til u have money for what you want. And overall don't forget, this is all for fun.

Never heard of that, but if u like a challenge use charcoal biscuts that might even fit in ur thrower. I tossem by hand. They r cheaper than clays

I don't find trigger reset nearly as important as yelling Get Some while I'm shooting

thanks for all the replies, hers another shot I tried. I took my .45 xd with snake shot and would throw a pigon by hand draw a hit it in flight. Anyone try that one?

You guys give me ideas about trick shot challenges. Please no ideas about shooting bullets in the air as it's too insafe where I live.

If it's anymore impressive, I'll try cutting a card horizotal with a .22 and then I'll try with my 1000 fps pelletgun. I'll let u know. One last question what was the name of the book by the old guy who did a trick shots , you know the one that came out like 50 years ago.

Come to think of it, as long as you start with 9 rounds after the buzzer you can stuff in as many as you want.

You have probably seen on tv or herd of someone like tom knapp or some extraordinary shooter, but has anyone ever tried the shoot a card in half? Well I want to know your opinion. I was playin out in the back and set up a card on an edge. I walked back 15 yards and I shot it with my .22 rifle , useing iron sights. I fired 3-4 shots and boom I cut a card in half. After a few cards, I was able to do it in 1 shot. So my question to you is : Is this an easy shot or am I that good ? I wonder if maybe I should be further back or am I not doing it the same as the pros.
