S1 is gonna need less weight reduction (if any) to make weight. That'd make me think it'd be easier/cheaper to set up for CO.
I've had both guns. I don't feel the S2 gives any advantage over a S1 that's been set up correctly. However, I like the S2 better. Its almost ready to run out if the box, IMO.
If I shot one in production, I'd go with the same one for a CO setup.
Both are awesome!
Thanks. Well said.

I've never shot the shadow 2 as much. Maybe just test fired it. didn't even remember if I like it and probably why I haven't bought one yet. I have an accushadow which I like. I am in the fence of building a carry optic gun and was wondering if one is better than the other. I like the ergonomics on shadow a bit than shadow 1. For those people who owned both. I want to hear your opinions. Thanks in advance.

Has anyone installed one on their open gun? How do you keep the nut that is holding the bolt from cmore to stay in place? My cmore flew off during a match because the nut came off from the mount. Thanks in advance.

Usually 1.135-1.150 OAL. With HS6 you may want to start with 8gr with PD 124gr and Fed SPP. Do you have barrel ports or holes?
-
Do you have ports on your barrel? I have 3 ports and using a cheely comp

I'm trying to develop a load for 9mm major 124gr PD JHP using VV N350 7.6-7.8gr powder with OAL of 1.150. Is it safe to load it with that OAL? Thanks

read that double sided tape works as well

Is that big of a difference in swing and transition

Tungsten in all my Open and Limiteds.. I love the nose heavy feel
Thanks. I'm getting an egw and see how it works.
-
So, you prefer lighter nose for faster swing or transition?
-
ok cool. Thanks

Just want to know what most people use on their open gun and why. Thanks

I just need to dull out the corners of the spacer's back? I tried it without fitting it and it worked. I don't know If I should bevel it.
-
Ok thanks.
-
I'm new to using the 9mm spacer and my question is does it really need to be fitted? Does the U notch needs to be rounded? What else needs to be beveled? Thanks in advance.

I just want to get feedback on the new Rudy fotonyk glasses. My concern or question is if the bumbers get in the way of your sight. Thanks in advance

Thanks for all the replies. Anyone tried ipsc alex thumb rest?
-
What are the newest thumb rest designs out there? I know a lot of people like the go guns. I'm looking for something more minimalist. Thanks

The LSI ports are angled 15 degrees toward shooter. Heard a lot of good things about it.
-
Has anyone tried LSI comp?
-
Precision delta is good to go!

Need a starting load data for 9 major using 115gr and n350. Thanks!

All I can say is that my CK/FGW gun runs. Never had a problem. I have an open 9 with a cmore slide ride and double sided mount. I’ve owned several open guns and had sold them all and stick with CK/FGW.
