  1. Going to be close to Nashville next Weekend, Anybody know of places to get reloading supplies? Rick
  2. Thanks I have bought some 100 packs of bullets to try. I'm wanting to order a 1000 pc box of 124gr but haven't desided on the bullett shap, I don't know if it makes a differents or not.
  3. What does this mean? Does the lower spread mean the best? What does Standard Deviation mean? What is best when reloading?
  4. I have a Hornady Apex and a Apex 3.1. I love the Apex and have it set up for 1oz loads. Sent the Apex 3.1 to hornady for some problems I was having they called and said it would cost me $55. to repair but when i got it back it only cost $28. they replaced some parts under warranity. My son and I shot ATA trap and I load for register targets. He also shoots in 4-H in competition but he shoots new shells. I still have some supplies to finish this year after that depending on the cost of supplies if I will reload more. My load is Winchester Gray or Red hulls Winchester Primers Claybuster CB1100 wads Nitro 100 16.0gr 1oz 7.5 shot Average 1212fps out of a Browning BT-99 34" Barrel. I use this load for singles & Handcap. I used to load different shells for different yardage, but found I can miss with whatever I shoot with, and i can get alot of loads out the supplies.
  5. Hi I have searched this forum and found info that I didn't think about. I'm going to load up some rounds for my CZ-75, CZ-75B, and M & P 9c. I have a Dillon 550 and have 231, Titegroup,Bullseye, and Power Pistol. Wanting to work up loads for target pratice and would like try IDPA. The more I read the more I don't know were to start, should I try one powder and different bullets first before trying another powder? I started out going to use 115 & 124gr bullets, but found that alot of people use the 147gr. I bought the Power Pistol because in the Hornady manual it is list for all of their 9mm bullets, but haven't found were it used by shooters, when working up a load say 4.8gr ,then should i go to 4.9gr and try or jump up more like 5.2gr? I have loaded 38 cowboy loads, but not 9mm. Thanks Rick
