Well as mentioned I am addicted and have recently bought a Dillon 550. So I guess I could make some soft 40's. Great idea. But it is fun to buy guns.

I shoot a 40 cal and was worried that it might have too much of a punch for him and a 9 would be better. Am I off base by thinking this way?

I am totally addicted to this forum and practical shooting. So much so that my son has also shown an interest in starting to do some practical shooting of his own. So my question is: which gun (brand/model) would you all recommend for a 13 year old boy just starting out in production or limited? I was leaning towards a Glock 34 or a SW M&P. Unfortunately, I don't have the funds to spend over $700.
