Have to ask reloading company. in matches I’m using brand new ammo like Remington, S&B and rod is fine after 150-180 shots

I have to replace it after about 300 shots during 1 hour training: front sphere melting too much and rod is falling out. could it be wrong filament material? Wrong installation in the site? thanks!
