Others suggested using sandpaper in the mag well, please try taking a 16th off the follower before you take material from your mag well. If I’m wrong your out $3 for a new follower not $350 for a new frame and flip charge

Hello all, the issue is in the follower sticking on the slide release. take the slide off, insert a mag and you will find that the slide release catches the follower. Grind the front corner off by a 16th of an inch so that it doesn’t catch the slide release in the frame. drove me nuts for weeks until I actually dug into the issue.
