All I did was bevel the edge some. And the pinching is gone.

I just changed my safety to an EGW and it pinches me as well. I'm going to take a dremel to it and let you know if it worked. Will post some pics as well.

The base model. I think you can only get a base 40S&W. I don't think there is a green or a bronze in 40. Only the base and the Orange.

I'm hoping someone on here might be able to guide me in setting up a TS2 in 40 for some competition shooting. Looking for recommendations on parts, specifically; what will fit in the 40 version of the TS2? What recoil spring to start with? Any recommendations to improve the trigger (I know it's already good, but like everything, it can be better). And any other upgrade suggestions, please.
