Snap_Shot Posted May 12, 2017 Share Posted May 12, 2017 Im looking for some advice - I've got about a month until my first 3 gun match. and I'm wanting to take a look at some dvd's that talk about things i haven't fought about. was thinking about Jerry's practical rifle 3 dvd set- for like 20 bux it seems worth it. any others I should take a look at? sam_b Posted May 12, 2017 Share Posted May 12, 2017 Never bought the DVD set you mentioned but here is my opinion. Just get your shotgun out and practice your loading on the move as well as your pistol and rifle dry firing as much as you can. It will help immensely. As for DVDs I never got any but I did watch some drills and intro to 3gun kind of stuff on youtube and try to emulate them, it did help with my transitions and learn new things etc. Biggest thing is range time and dry firing more than any DVDs, I think you are overthinking it.
