Petrov
So my dillon ate up my federal small pistol primers without a single hickup. Loaded up some tula primers and switched to 9mm from 38 special and the primers are jamming constantly, upside down or sideaways. Any suggestions? TDA
Check to see if the knurled not on top of the primer tube is too tight. Just turn it to where it makes contact, don't tighten it. Tightening it can deform the plastic tip on the magazine tube and cause primer feeding issues. The Tula's are probably slightly different in size then the Federals were. Tula are dirty primers in a way that they dirty up the tubes. Ah do they are a little bigger than other primers.
