Bummy425
My lock n load's drive hub is hanging up a touch on both the upstroke and downstroke. I dont see any obvious lubrication points. Any ideas?Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk

viper21773
Remove the shell plate and make sure the platen and the channel where the primer shuttle rides is clean. Sometimes powder will get under the primer shuttle and the shell plate will drag.
Bummy425
I have the shell plate and primer shuttle removed. It feels like its hanging up on the surface between the main ram and the drive shaft. No lube points that I can see. oteroman
Pull the ram handle at halfway point, then manually turn shaft by the index wheel that normally the pals move. With plate removed it should be smooth, if not then I guess u need to disassemble and lube internals.
oteroman
I lubed mine before, not sure it helped much.Lift ram a few inches then loosen the 2 flathead screws on the left and right side as u stand in front of the press. Head pulls off. Pop erings or cringes off the bottom end pull shafts, remove.
Bummy425
Thanks otteroman....thaks kind of the conclusion I came to as well. Im going to give Hornady a call on Monday as well, but I dont see any other alternative right now. Now I have to find some disassembly instructions!Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
