Cherryriver Posted September 11, 2009 Share Posted September 11, 2009 But it's true about the top reverse curve of the D-frame trigger forming a pinch point for some hands. On my later guns, I've rounded out that curve; the Magnum Carry .357 was a biter but was easily cured. I think I just adapted to it now. I also have come to believe that it's a holdover from olden times when shooters sometimes "thumbcocked" their revolvers, like SASS shooters. The shape is more favorable to that kind of use.
