AZGunut
Hi everyone, This is more of a opservation and preference than anything but I did notice something and was wondering if anyone else did? Today I took my early SP-01 (a 2004 stamped , 2 slot version and one of the first 10 Angus brought into the US) to put my FPB back into to help me try and decide what I am going to shoot at Nationals this year. Now I have a bunch of CZ's and this is one of my few guns that do not have a competition hammer in it. I really prefer the standard CZ factory hammer to the competition version. Now in SA with the comp hammer the break is less, but I much prefer the way the stock hammer rolls is DA. Anyone else prefer the stock hammer with a prepped sear? After putting my FPB back in I really didn't notice too terrible of a difference in the reset. It is maybe 1-2mm longer but more more audible and tactile of a click at reset now. I am going to shoot it over the next few days and see how it goes. Sorry for the ramble but wanted to know if I was alone or not?
