This may get this potential problem booted from loitering in the area where he could potentially hear your SSN# and other info. Monitor your credit card status. Tell them your concerns and they will look out for any out of the norm activity . I would even contact the major providers (AMEX,VISA,Mastercard, SEARS, etc..) and tell them that any new accounts being opened in your name are bogus and should not be approved. Just in case. We have had a few officers now that have been victims of I.D. theft. One poor guy had NO idea it had happened until these bad guys had run up a HUGE debt in his name.
