sig -p-226-interchangeable slides and barrels

i would like to know if you could take the standard p-226.model 9mm cal pistol frame and swap bewteen a standard slide and a six inchs long barrel with slide for ispc shooting ..

then also by useing the standard slide for limted and other typle of shooting sports then swap out a 22lr slide and a six inch slide for open slide as need

but keeping the same trigger system and frame set up so not to have to buy a two or three pistol to do the same thing

then after the match is over swap the longslide for the standard length slide for off duty carry as need

in most of the photos that i have seen they look the same and the barrel set up looks the same they all look like they are bult on a standard -p-226-sized frame system but with diff slide lengths

iam going to work for a dept that issue the sig-p-226-model as there duty handgun and would like to keep the same trigger system without switching bewteen two or three diff pistol to shoot diff shooting sports
