EkuJustice Posted February 22, 2009 Share Posted February 22, 2009 Does anyone know of someone who is able to make custom lenses with a perscription that dont go in a pair of glasses. My problem is I can shoot iron sight pistols, scoped rifles etc fine with no perscription. I shoot an eotech and it is fuzzy if I don't have the glasses. If I shoot the pistol with the glasses it is fuzzy. I was looking to find someone who could make a perscription lense that will fit up against the eotech inside the hood to allow that to focus when needed and allow the pistol to be seen with regular non perscription lenses. buddy_fuentes Posted February 22, 2009 Share Posted February 22, 2009 The only problem with the prescription lens against the "scope" is that you would have to be the exact distance from the lens each time. That is one of the measurements that they take when measuring you for glasses. I would imagine that a 1/4" or more variation from the lens would be a problem. Shooting off of a bench with a regular scope might work, but I doubt if shooting fast (design of the red dot scopes) would work. Buddy Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
