147 TCJ with 6" ported barrel - need load info

Hi, I'm new to the forum and need some advice. I have a G35 with a Lone Wolf 9mm 6-port conversion barrel with a 13lb recoil spring installed. Problem: I can shoot 135gr RN lead bullets with 4gr of Bullesye and oal of 1118 all day long but when I try to shoot 147gr TCJ with max load of 3.9gr of Bullesye and oal of 1118 I either get a stove pipe or it doesn't eject at all. It resets the trigger over an empty cartridge. What could be the problem with this load? I have also tried Unique powder with max load (according to the Alliant and Lyman manuals) with the same results. I even tried the 17 and 11lb springs. The G35 works fine with the 40 cal barrel (6" but not ported) installed and lite powder loads used. Do I need to go above max loads for the gun to work? HELP!!
