3-Gun Match, 2 Nov 08, Fort Polk/Leesville, LA

Alrighty,

We will have a 3-Gun Match on Sunday, 2 November 2008 in preparation for the Area 6, 3-Gun Match. The format will be one gun per stage, or what I refer to as a "Gentlemens" 3-Gun Match.

Here are the stages I will set up from the Area 6 (5 Stages, plus a run n gun rifle):

Shotgun Stages: Break Left and Fistfull of Shells

Pistol: Close Quarter Standards and Back Alley

Rifle: Rifle Standards and a run n gun probably on the Pistol "Back Alley"

As usual, registration starts at 0800, first shot at 0900. I take care of the set up and tear down, so just come on out, shoot and enjoy yourself.

Match fee $10.00, from Texas $20.00. Scoring for this match will be Comstock.

NOTE: We WILL NOT have our usual Multigun/Handgun match on the 4th Saturday due to the AR Multigun and Gator Classic being held on the same weekend. Gator prep match will be on the 18th of Oct.

"from Texas $20". Am I sensing some prejudice...? Just because everythings bigger in Texas doesn't mean we have to pay bigger match fees!

Didn't want to conflict with the Orange, TX match, and but I really wanted to get in a match before Area 6, so we will do it on Sunday. Hope to see you guys if you ain't worn out from Saturday. Bring your "A" game and you can shoot for $10.00 also!!
