For those of you that have installed these multiple times, What is the easiest way to get the front sight pin started? That thing is so small that it is very difficult to hold it in the correct position and drive it without buggering up the pin. There has to be a technique that eludes me. Should I start with a longer pin in and then trim it? Why did they send such a short one in the first place? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
cking Posted July 11, 2008 Share Posted July 11, 2008 A roll pin punch. Brownells you make one take rod drill hole in that will just hold the roll pin and leave about half sticking out. Now you can line it all up and tap on the rod Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
