Hey All,

I recently bought a DMW oversized safety button and seeing that it doesn't come with instructions....how do I install it ? Thanks .

Hi Gary,

i`ve done the same on both my M1s

1. Remove trigger group by knocking out cross pin.

2. At the very rear of the trigger group ( inside ) you will see another cross pin, drive this thro` with the correct size

pin punch, be very carefull as theres a spring & ball inside the hole thats under tension and will dissapear if you don`t place

your thumb over as you drive out the pin.

3. Once the pin is out turn over trigger group & shake/tap spring & ball out. Remove existing plate of end of Benelli button,

this will be triangilar in shape, Safety button will then push out.

4.Assembly will simply be a reverse. eg.

Button in first, start cross pin in part way just enough to locate in hole, insert ball & spring, spring will have to be depressed

with pin punch as you knock in the cross pin ( a little bit tricky, three hands needed,) but beware if you let go spring will

end up in orbit, and thats it

It helps if you put the safety in half way position as to releive a little presseure off the spring and ball when removing the pin and when putting it back together.

What i like about it is as you bring the gun up trigger finger rolls nice & smoothly over button and locates on trigger

in one easy movement
