I lose about 100 or so FPS using Fed SP as opposed to Win SR. But running a light mainspring (17 w/extened firing pin) results in a few misfires every now and again (usually during a match and NOT practice of course). I could probably bump up a tenth grain or two to make up for the primer, but if FSR are just as soft as FSP then I think I would go with them. I don't know exactly how much, but it's obvious when you shoot them in an otherwise identical load (major). Fed SR are softer than Win SR, so you may be okay since the Win SR only give you occasional problems. The big problem right now will likely be just finding any Federal primers.
