The moment the hole in the kydex gets slightly larger, there's no way to the female piece snug, since it turns along with the screw. FUME. Yeah, there's a workaround, by cutting a slot for a screwdriver in the pieces (doesn't everyone carry a Dremel to a match?) but I've never seen such obnxious, easy to cross-thread, lose, damage, etc., hardware in my life.
