Guns Are Not Accurate

GAWD!! I just now took a moment to view the (gag, puke) video footage......

The easiest solution of all (besides not driving into dangerous neighborhoods) is to carry a freakin' gun, for pete's sake. Chances are a carjacker is going to be up-close-and-personal by the time the event occurs (attempting to open your door, let's say), and you simply will not have a time or space or opportunity to exit the vehicle at all (let alone with ease), throw your keys far enough away to do any good (which may only pi** off the jacker even worse) or run away (either zig-zag OR straight-lined). No carjacker is going to appreciate looking down the barrel of something deadly when he/she least expects it. If he/she sticks his/her hand into your car space, pull the trigger. He/she has invaded your castle at that point. Carry a gun.

As far as causing the vehicle to 'have an accident', I don't think so. That's plain nuts.
