E-business Annoyances

Hate is too strong a word, but two general annoyances:

1) Small businesses that direct emailed inquiries > /dev/null. Don't provide email as a option for customer contact, if you can't/won't/don't have time/* to generate a response, even if it's as simple as -- "Hey, thanks for you email, please call me and we'll chat."

2) "For Sale" ads in papers, newsgroups, or even here, that are just a pointer to an eBay auction. If I want to buy XYZ on eBay, I'll *look* on eBay -- otherwise all you're saying is, "I'd like to use your interest to drive the final price up as high as possible...."

What I like, however is March Madness. :)

Bank that doesn't support email, phone calls that only go to menu options. Menu option that says it is for late fee policy but bank does not a policy to refund late fees. And that bank is:

Juniper issuer of Sinclar Oil Credit Card.
