Questions for past and present hammer fired Production /CO shooters


Do you notice the first DA trigger pull?

I started competitevly shooting with a Shadow 2 and spent a lot of time dry firing focusing on that smooth DA pull through until I wasnt worried about disturbing the sights.  The single action follow up shot practice was just as you described.  In a match, if there was a choice between the DA shot on a close in burner or a distance target that would not negatively affect the stage plan, then I would rip on the close target but the thought of always having to start the DA shot on a close in target was never in my stage planning calculus.
