MCARBO Keltec Sub 2000 M Series with P320 Magazines FTE

Does any one else have a MCARBO Keltec Sub 2000 M Series that is using P320 Magazines and have a consistent Failure to Extract (FTE) on the last round only? This results in a stovepipe piece of brass that gets mangled.  

 

If so did you find a solution? I have 4 17 round mag, 4 21 round mags and 2 30 round mags that almost always FTE on last round in Mag.  

 

I have torn Down the PCC all the way and cleaned every part. I got it back together and still happens. I placed a spacer on the bottom of the 30 round spring plates to stiffen the spring.

 

I still have the problem. 

 

Any ideas would be appreciated
