Para P16-40 Signature sights

I bought a P16-40 Signature series pistol last year-it’s in great condition, looked hardly used. I don’t plan on any competitive shooting with it, I’ve just always wanted one of these Para’s and I found a good one! I don’t like the rear adjustable sight though-I’m more used to typical combat sights (Heine, Trijicon night sights, etc.). I’ve heard replacing these sights is basically impossible but I figured if there’s a way, someone here would know. Thanks in advance for your input!
