Xd Mag Question

Can one of you guys with an XD in 9mm measure the width and depth of a mag for me? Not the length, just how wide and deep it is.

I've got a super-custom hi-zoot XD on the way back from Bar-sto, so I stocked up on magazines.

Side to side: a nominal .807"

front to back: 1.255"

Excuse my ignorance, but isn't the XD allegedly capable of accepting other pistol's modified mags (modified with a hole in the front of the mag, to lock with the XD's mag release)?

If so, what mags does it accept? I remember reading somewhere in this forum that it takes Beretta (model 92 I'd guess) mags for sure.

Yes berretta 92 but they don't fit quite as well.The square need to become a half moon .

Xd mags are every where now.But no reall good big sticks.Just promags and everyone seems to have problems with them
