Dedicated Case Flare Die vs Flaring with Mr. Bullet Feeder Powder Funnel

I use wet tumbler with ss pins. The inside of the the case mouth are too clean, 20 out 100 cases (range picked up brass mainly) would bind tightly with the Mr. bullet feeder powder funnel.
