clintonius
I picked up a Stock II in 10mm a while back, and for the most part, it’s been great—accurate, relatively soft-shooting thanks to the weight, and it eats everything I’ve fed it without any problems, from 150-grain JHP up to 220-grain hard cast. I’ve shot both Grizzly and Buffalo Bore hard cast from it. I just tried loading up the magazine with some Buffalo Bore 220gr, and it won’t take all 14 rounds. I’ve never had this problem with any other ammo, including the same weight of hard cast from grizzly. I’m at a loss about why these particular rounds won’t cooperate. Does anybody have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
wgj3
Likely they are loaded a touch long (OAL) to keep pressures slightly more manageable, and the longer rounds aren't able to stack all the way down in the mag tube...
