TBF
Flex mentioned this in another thread. Clearancing the front of the port for easier ejection of loaded rounds. How far can you go ? I have a Colt 80 series that came from the factory with a forward scallop that is almost even with the rear lug of the slide. Is this max ? Pictures and measurements appreciated immensely. Thanks in advance. Travis F. PS. I am running a slightly long ejector and want to keep it that way.

Travis; When I relieve the front of an ejection port I usually clear it to be flush with the last rib on the barrel lugs. If you take it any farther you run the risk of weakening the engagement of the barrel lugs. Dave Schattel
