texasag93 Posted April 21, 2005 Share Posted April 21, 2005 Gateway is the same. Tech support is a 50/50 cahnce that you will get someone who speaks actual english. I have hung up on more than one tech support person when they begin to speak sudo-english. I have also told Gateway that I do not care for this and that I would no longer buy their products because of their poor tech support.
