NickLee
I am currently shooting a JM 22" at club matches. I own a couple of Benelli shotguns and love the way they shoot. For my 3 Gun shotgun I want to use a Vinci. I am torn between a 24" vinci or 28". The 28 is in stock at my LGS. I already have an RCI tube for the vinci. Will the 4" barrel difference be that big of a concern when I attend some major matches next year?
Colodrew
I don't think so. The weight difference is negligible and your barrel still ends up being shorter than the mag tube.
Colodrew
I have a 24" M2, 26" Vinci and a 28" super nova for Heavy Metal. The super nova is very heavy and I can't tell the difference between the other two.
NickLee
Thanks for the reply...I have myself pretty much talked into the 28. I put the extension tube on it yesterday to check it out. The barrel sticks out past it about 1 1/2 inch. On the 24 the tube is past the barrel a couple inches
