AP Custom Carbon Fiber Handguard Rail Sections

Hi,

I use an AP Custom carbon fiber handguard on my match AR. I have been trying to use the accessory short rail sections from AP Custom to attach a Harris Bipod on a QD system. My problem is as soon as I shoot the gun with the bipod, the rail section becomes lose and rattles. I have taken the rail section off and on a couple of times and each time I have found that the metal piece that comes with the rails that are threaded and fit into the slots milled into the handguard are bent, I dont feel that I can just keep tightening them down. Has anyone encountered this problem, and how did you remedy this problem?
