brongy Posted December 12, 2013 Share Posted December 12, 2013 hey guys would a bomar cut sight fit in a LPA cut slide?it seems the dovetail is the same but the location is different. i was just wondering because the way i see it if i put a bomar in it it will be too far back and there will be a gap on the front where the sight pivots.but ignoring the said problems and aesthetic looks.will it still be functional? i havent tried it because i dont have the tools to remove the LPA sight. Also, the Bo-Mar needs to have the slide drilled and tapped for the elevation screw. Kensight makes an excellent copy of the LPA sight. It has the durability and repeatability of the Bo-Mar.
