Rosshooting
I have a problem about calling the shots. Sometimes when I have a sight picture of my gun at the upper part of the target and make a double taps it’s a pretty small group but it’s a little bit down (in the center of the target) not exactly where the sights shows me the hits must be. I look at sights all the time so I don’t think that I have flinching. It’s strange for me
George Post
I think what is happening, is that you are trying to control the recoil of the double tap before you even take the first shot. Rather than double tap, you should try to make two seperate shots. Take the first shot, then wait for the front sight to come back down between the rear sights, then take the second shot. Then you won't be fight the double recoil of the double tap. The big dogs can do two aimed shots just as fast as I can do a double tap, with practice I should be able to do it too, and so should you.
