cz extractors 9x19 and 40sw

Yesterday we have finished a last day of Israel Open2013 level III match.

I lost th shootoff because of the " failure to extract a spent case".

That is my first jam for the last 12K rounds ( I keep th record of every training and every competition in a handbook).

So the extractor and this spring worked for 12K rounds ( I am cleaning the extractor and the extractor groove on the slide every 1500 rounds and before every level III match)

The 40sw extractor has a marking of a single dot on it

I also own a 9x19 cz-ts that has extractor with 3 dots on it

I bought 2 extractors for cz40SW that has marking 02-1 and 02-2

I have 2 questions and would be glad if you could answer me:

1) Do you suggest to replace extractor and the spring that are marked as 1 dot to 02-1/02-02 extractors ?

2) could you please tell me what are the calibers match the extractors marked with 2 dots?
