New Sight Tracker Almost Home

I have a sight tracker on the way in .40 caliber (AET barrel) with six SVI mags. I should get the gun within the next few days.

I live in Canada, so my mags will hold ten rounds.

I am a bit puzzled with all the talk related to tuning SVI mags because at that price point (expensive gun and expensive mags) I would hope that the mags function flawlessly from day one.

Anyway, I can hardly wait to go to the range with my new blaster

Good to hear that someone has gotten their gun!!

I ordered mine last month or so....Ill get mine hopefully next November.

I got a non sight tracker with all the other goodies......with the AET barrel ;-)

Maybe you can post a picture when Frank ships it to you.

SVI mags with SVI followers/springs are super reliable. Should not need any work/tuning for at least a while. I have 4 SVI tubes in 9mm and 12,000 rounds through them - not a single feeding issue, nor a single issue with feed lip spread - not quite the same as the tuned sti mags I had some time back that started getting spread on the feed lip.

That is reassuring.

Also, I read more on the mag tuning, and it is often about tuning mags so they feed well in another gun such as STI.

I expect to get my gun and the mags on Monday or Tuesday.
