Matt Griffin
I don't know who this Matt Griffin guy is, but I've done a few tens of thousands of reloads and so far not a bent yoke in the stable.
Matt Griffin
Seriously though, it's a concern but not a major one. The technique that counters it is catching the cylinder on your trigger finger when you whack it out of the frame with your right hand. Theoretically if you don't do that then it will eventually cause an issue but I had many, many thousands of reps on my gun before I formally figured that out, and I've had no issues with yoke bending. For comparison, I've worn two yokes down by .004 and .006 just from dryfire, so that should give you an idea of how many reps have gone through the guns.
