Hi All,

I just joined the forum after a friend was searching the net about an STI Matchmaster and came across this site. I found some excellent info so I thought I would join. I have just attained my holster accreditation and plan on shooting IPSC and Steel. I own a CZ 75 TS in 9mm and a CZ 75 SP01 Shadow also in 9mm. I also have a little Walther P22 which I use for plinking. I have a CR Speed Holster & Mag pouches sitting on a CR Speed belt.

I will be looking into Open pistol rigs shortly but will hopefully get some serious range time in the near future with my current pistols.

Thanks for having me and look forward to enjoying the forum.

Cheers,

John

G'day mate; welcome to the forum.

As an expat South African I have to say it's too bad the Springboks lost to the Wallabies in the Rugby World Cup (I wonder how much the ref was paid). But as a consolation it is good to see you are using South African kit (CR Speed).

I too have a CZ75 TS in .40, but I compete in Open with an STI. You'll find lots of great info here to help you make a decision.

Hi Saffer,

Thank you for the welcome. I would have loved to have picked up the TS in .40 cal although laws in Australia restrict us from being able to own them. The CR Speed is a great bit of kit and I'm about to purchase another for my other pistol. Pity the Springboks can not play rugby as well as the South Africans make their holster rigs lol.

I really like the look of the Czechmate for open and steel. Might have to look at one soon.

I hope to get over to South Africa to do a spot of hunting in the near future.

Cheers,

JD
