I loaded up my magazines from a fresh mult pack, (250 rounds) of .40 ammo, and dumped the rest in my new and yet unused ammo pouch. I was reloading during the day from the pouch. On the fifth stage, I was finishing and heard BANG, BANG, BANG, POOF. I immediately stopped and checked my gun, the slide was back about a half inch. I was getting ready to check for a squib and the SO said, "I saw your round go down range". I worked the slide and out popped a mushroomed 9mm casing. Ken Edited November 6, 2011 by Floyd D.
