scrog
Have just got a Glock 17. How does one fill the great hole in the base to stop dirt encroaching? Does one need a new baseplate for the mag or is there a plug made for the job? Help appreciated here please. I use the weapon as a tool, yes, but do like a clean firearm as they are more reliable IMHO. scrog
texasag93
There is a plug to fit your needs in the Blue Press(pg. 49, May 2004) for $5.95. Not sure of the manufacture? TXAG
chp5
I think I recently read in Front Site that the Glock "plug" is not legal for ANY division (which supprised me). It's obviously not a issue if it's not used for USPSA. No need to worry about dirt in that area anyway.
