Dot size questions

Well I'm giving up on my Trijicon TR24 with the red triangle since I just can't get used that reticle. I was going to either switch to the Trijicon TR24 with the crosshairs/centerdot or try the Meopta ZD Tactical K-dot but I'm wondering about the dot sizes. I have a EOTech with the 1MOA dot and really like that size, so the smaller the better. But for a 1-4 I'd like to know between the TR24 and the Meopta K-dot, which is smaller at what magnification? From the Trijicon website it looks like the dot size is 3.6MOA to 0.9MOA. So does that mean at 1x it's 3.6 and at 4x it's 0.9? So the dot is constant when magnified, right? I heard the Meopta is 2MOA but I'm not sure at what power that is. Is the Meopta the same way when magnified and the dot is constant, i.e. 2MOA at 1x and .4ishMOA at 4x? Sorry for the stupid questions, but I don't have any local places to look at them.

And does anyone know who has the Meopta in stock?
