Excellent Hornady service/warranty on dies

Hi All,

I just wanna share my pleasant experience with Hornady.

The other day I had seating die come apart on me during reloading session; turned out retaining spring came off and got lost, I couldn't find it. The die was bought aver 3 years ago as part of their New Dimension 3-die set.

I sent an email to Hornady and they sent me a whole new die along with extra retaining spring and hex key.

I'm very happy with the experience as the dies are not covered by lifetime warranty.
