M1S90 + Nordic Extension + 922r

Uh oh...

I just said "922r" and will immediately apologize for bringing up yet another +5 round Benelli question.

If using a Nordic or DMW extension tube, does that constitute as part #18 in the 922r components list? I ask because it is only an extension of the existing imported tube.

I am looking to re-vamp my M1S90 tactical (18.5") with the following, and am doing my homework to make sure that it will be legitimate:

1) Nordic follower

2) Nordic extension tube

3) Bell & Carlson buttstock

4) Bell & Carlson forearm

Once it's imported it's ok. I never heard of changing the stock or handguard on a Benelli., due to a law.Those kinds of things have to be done before they get imported-by a distributor or large quantity importer. The extension tube was a different issue due to the previous ban that expired in 2004. Something like that. Just trying to keep you from wasting money. I hope I understood your question.
