Ah, it's in the rulebook Bullet weight x velocity = PF Minor = 125,000 Major = 165,000 Most folks just divide by 1,000 and drop the extra three zeros. You want to give yourself a cushion above those numbers to make sure you still make PF at matches where they chrono your ammo, and this is especially important for Minor since going sub-minor is shooting only for fun.
