Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. I help at a small range where we have a weekly pistol shoot which we score on paper. We are not affiliated with any shooting organization. I have been ask to start using Practiscore and Hit Factor scoring. I have built several matches and input the scores but did not get the results I expected. It would be helpful to me if somebody could explain how they would set up a stage where there are 6 paper targets where I want 2 hits each and use Hit Factor to score it. Additionally, on another stage, we shoot steel, sometimes one hit per target and sometimes two. How can I set up a match where Stage 1 is shooting the paper and stage two is shooting steel. Any help in how to set this up would be very helpful and appreciated. Regards, Tommy
  2. Hello All, I've been around firearms since the 60's, reloaded a bunch in the 70's and 80's on a RCBS press. I got out of reloading but continued to shoot and collect a few things. I recently bought a used Dillon XL650 and trying to get it set up. The initial set up is harder than the old single stage presses but I'm sure once I get the hang of it things will be fine. I plan on reloading 9mm, 45 ACP, 45LC and 44 Mag. Thanks for allowing me to join. Cheers, Tommy
