Yes, there have been problems, more than is acceptable. Hence my decision to shut it down until I can clear things out, update the shop, etc.
When we reopen, the product line will be streamlined and projected delivery dates will be more accurate.
Rex, sorry your last order took so long. BTW, did you get your uncashed check I returned that was lost next door for over a year? I never heard from you on that.
