  1. If Dad buys it in TX, has Benny work on it, and then sells it to you and sends it to an FFL dealer in your town, and you go in and fill out the 4473 form, it is NOT a straw purchase, since you ultimately filled out the required federal paperwork. It'd be no different that if you bought it from someone in TX via Gunbroker. (sorry for the run-on sentence!)
  2. Thomas H, I just replied to your exact same post you sent me via PM, so please check your box. Suffice to say, it's problems like yours that will be totally eliminated. David www.kytac.NET
  3. David Elderton of KyTac here. Yes, there have been problems, more than is acceptable. Hence my decision to shut it down until I can clear things out, update the shop, etc. When we reopen, the product line will be streamlined and projected delivery dates will be more accurate. Rex, sorry your last order took so long. BTW, did you get your uncashed check I returned that was lost next door for over a year? I never heard from you on that. Boats, send me an email at kytac@aol.com and give me your pertinent info and I'll see what the problem is. It's exactly your kind of problem that will be thoroughly addressed upon reopening. This goes for anyone wondering about their order. Check for updates at www.kytac.net Thank you all for your patience as I get things back under control.
  4. Jeff, I hope to be at Saturdays match at USSA, so hope to see you there. As I recall, isn't it like you to shoot A's ?
  5. Send it to Rich. Have him fit a fiber optic or plain .100 front sight to it while he does the trigger job. While he's at it, tell him to REVERSE the factory rear sight and serrate it. It'll appear like a Heinie, only better. (Heinie's are too small and the notch too narrow) I've had 3 done by Rich and my current carry gun has his carry trigger on it, a .100 fiber optic front and a reversed/serrated factory rear. Works great.
  6. If you're asking to determine if I actually shoot L-10, then yes, I obviously do. And yes, I'm a GM in L-10 It's a viable division for many reasons. If it is to die, let it die on its own. Again, what problems is it creating, specifically?
  7. What problem, specifically, is L-10 creating? I see several cases where L-10 is SOLVING problems, I do not see what problems it is creating. Anyone?
