  1. Thanks for the discussions so far. It does not have a Mr Bulletfeeder option so it does rely on placing the bullet on prior to seat. If that is where the hiccup would be, I wonder what accessories might work form Dillon to make it worth an attempt. It has the standard brass loader, primer alarm and powder alarm but cannot see how those would be factors in it not working. Nice looking brass DannyD. I have been putting mine through a vibratory cleaner - you using a sonic cleaner?
  2. Thanks Dannyd. You have been busy and I have plans to load a lot of 300 WM too so was looking at the progressive press system. Not a plinking round but one that I plan to use a lot. Originally looked at the 750 but then this system have all the extras included.
  3. Thanks M700. Tempting but I see you are in NJ. I am in Alberta so shipping and customs would likely not make it a good deal. Appreciate the info. Is there not way to modify the system to run the 300 WM?
  4. Hello all. I recently purchased a second hand Super 1050 set up for 308 from an experienced reloader with the hope that I could load 300 Win Mag along with my other calibers. DP was closed but I sent them an email indicating my intent and the response I got back too late was The S1050 machine will not run the 300WinMag cartridge, the cartridge is too long. As this is one of the better forums out there for reloading perhaps someone out there has discovered ways to make the machine work with 300 Win Mag? If so how? If I am SOL, anyone want to buy a Super 1050? Thanks
