  1. In the Lyman manual there's a load for a "147gn TMJ" that based on the picture and profile appears to be this Speer bullet: https://www.speer.com/bullets/handgun_bullets/tmj_handgun_bullet/19-4006.html The Lyman load gives an OAL of 1.115" The Speer data says that bullet is .690" long. So that works out to a seating depth of .329" Based on other forum posts I'd been led to believe that any seating depths longer than .300" is getting into the danger zone for 9mm, because around .300" is where the case walls start to thicken significantly. So the following three things seems to be in conflict -- which of them have I got wrong or am I misunderstanding? 1. Seating much deeper than .300 is sketchy 2. Reputable published loads like Lyman's are not sketchy or even close to sketchy 3. This published load implies a seating depth of .329 I thought maybe the 1.115" was a misprint, but it's consistent in the 48th, 49th, and 50th editions.
