Any updates on this from those who slugged barrels?

Interesting. N320 has been dead on for my Dillon and Mark7 measures.
The drop is accurate enough to produce Single digit standard deviations and extreme spreads of 40 or less. But sometimes it’s finicky with N320.

I run a SV 5.4 inch sight tracker with the AET hybrid barrel. I load 5.2 of 320 with a MG JHP 180 at 1.180 and get about 172 pf. Could back off the powder a little, but 320 doesn’t throw consistent enough out of a Dillon for me to trust it.
I noticed that too on my Dillon.
.3gr difference sometimes. I don’t care for that.

750’s are great, and for those slap dicks saying the priming system has issues...that’s what people who don’t have a 750 say..
-
Out of my TSO’s I load 4.5gr of N320 at 1.165 with a 180gr coated bullet. 169-171 PF.
+1 for Alliant Sport pistol. After I run out of N320, I’ll be sticking to SP.

Titegroup gets very spikey sometimes, I’d suggest a slower powder especially for a new reloader like your self. Try N320 or Alliant sport pistol.

Very common with federal primers, if your velocities are within safe margins I’d say you are ok.

After several thousand rounds, I’ve settled on the shorter length and 4.5gr of Sport Pistol.
180gr Blue Bullet
4.5gr Sport Pistol
WSPP
1.125” COAL
Mixed brass
173-175 PF
Also, dumps brass nicely about 6-7’ away with a 14lb recoil and 15lb hammer spring.
That’s almost my exact load, thanks for the info.

If you guys want to mail all the CBC brass to me, I’m cool with that. Been using it for a long time and I’ve never had an issue. Ever...

Barrel Reaming
in CZ

Patriot does good work and does it fast. They’re a solid option I always recommend... and I’m sure other shops are out there who can do it well. Most of the barrels I’ve cut have been hardened Shadow 2, P09, P10 Walther, or 5th Gen Glock, which are all hardened steel allowys which the big shops won’t touch. They’ll ruin a highspeed steel reamer before you get the job done, so you have to go tungsten carbide.
( @1911luvr has the reamers I use custom made, so buying one through him is also an option. Be aware that carbide reamers are NOT cheap, so it only makes sense if you have a half dozen barrels to work on.)
I’m always happy to cut a 9mm 1911 or SP-01 or Tanfo, too. But any competent gunsmith can handle that task.
Will you do a couple TSO barrels? Please

I use the same thumbrest and just bought a RHT holster for my TSO. Gun does not currently fit. What did you do to make it work?
I cut the thumb rest down, I took a little less than 1/8” off the width , then where the rest makes contact with the holster I removed material to get the desired fit with no drag on the gun. It sounds severe but it actually makes no difference in feel to the thumb rest. I’ll post more pics tomorrow for you.

Update, DG still hasn’t called me back.

Leading like that is almost always caused by a bullet that is undersized compared to the barrel. The first thing you need to do is slug the barrel and measure the bullet. Until you do that, anything else is pointless.
For every 9mm CZ barrel that I've slugged, they are all oversized and require a wider bullet. When I switched to 0.357 bullets, all my leading problems went away. So, I’m glad you mentioned this. I have made several thousand home cast bullets sized to .401 and applied harbor freight powder coating. No issues at all, very clean barrel. I’ve used blue bullets sized at .400, same thing no lead and very clean blue barrel. So on to DG, they are size .401 in diameter, my belief is that the hitek coating is not doing it’s job. I have a friend who bought some DG bullets in 9mm ( 135gr RN ) and when he opened the box , the packaged bullets looked like the coating flaked off, the bullets had a very shallow green color to them, nothing like the deep green that the bullets usually look like. I’m not sure if he called them or even used the bullets. I’ll follow up on this.

I don't think he sounds at all like a "hothead". In fact, I take more from what he said and others that posted similar responses, on this website and others, than the responses here that sound like they're coming from the DG Bullets owner with multiple user accounts.
If you go on YouTube, ALL the negative review videos about bullet companies have mysteriously DISAPPEARED. Only the ones with good praise that sound like the bullet company owners with multiple YouTube accounts remain.......smh.....
I don’t know why I should have to wait in excess of a week to hear from DG... like people have suggested . people settle too easily with companies these days. As a consumer, I have many many many options. DG failed and I let them know and they never called back. End of story imo. So...I pass all this along. I’m glad you agree.

Smashed a couple when I got home from work....coating held up really well. I'm happy.
I'll be buying more...and with confidence.
I sure as hell wouldn't let one hothead rant about them "sucking pecker" dissuade me.
Use promo code HM10 for 10% off and good luck.

Mine uses a bit driver and open socket head with a drill...haven't seen a drill used where you don't have to hold it...would be interesting...
On mine if you try to go too fast it will throw the case out of the machine...I use about 1/8 to 1/4 of trigger on the drill for a steady flow faster than my 1050 can feed it...
I noticed that same thing

So you have to sit and hold the drill while it runs?
Yes, but I do have a nice DC motor to install this coming weekend. Should be perfect.

Did you measure these ? Could be undersized.
But also I'll offer the advice of , you'll catch more flies with honey than vinegar.
If your tone calling them was like it is on here, I probably wouldnt call you back eitherI didn’t even ask for a refund, what’s the point really? I just wanted to know if they had any info on the stated issue or some insight to a solution.

Meh, what’s two minutes out of someone’s day? They had over 12 hours. DG web page states that additional people were hired to help process orders. I’m sure a phone is properly manned for big dollar clients.
